The first doughnut studio
Good friends were opening a gourmet doughnut shop in Long Beach, California. They had each recently lost loved ones and saw their project as a love letter to those who had gone before them and to the whole community. It was an honor to be a part of their dream. We chose the name “moonbridge” as a cultural symbol of connecting our lives to our ancestors. It also happens to form the perfect doughnut shape. The brand grew with the creative personalities of the founders, taking on the language of a quirky, Wes Anderson art studio.
