The Crawford Marmalade Factory is one of the last remaining historical structures from Anaheim’s citrus era. LAB Holding envisioned the former production facility as a culinary maker space and a community hub, featuring modern-day makers of craft beer, local wine, spirits, and cultural cuisine. Our job was to create an identity for the project that could connect story to place. We imagined a system of logos and signs that — like the name — would always be in the process of creation, changing with semi-permanent design, new logos, and total flexibility.
